TODAY is reward day! What is that? Well let me tell you what that is!! It is a day I get to eat anything I want as long as it doesn't contain High Fructose Corn Syrup, can't be fried, or have glycerin in the first 5 ingredients.  Let me show you a few of the things I have had and then I will tell you why you need to kinda do this!
As you can see, I KNOW how to reward myself!! haha!!

Reward days are VERY important for a few reasons! First off, they keep you sane! Second, they give your body some things that it is lacking when you are eating clean and in competition prep! I love having something to look forward to and as you can see by my pics, I LOVE sweets and carbs and I don't get any of either during the week!

One meal eating what you want is NOT going to ruin anything that you have accomplished as long as the next day, you jump right back on plan with no cheating whatsoever!

This is about a lifestyle not a diet.  Make this something you can live with and enjoy your journey....not be miserable!!
